Just some of the questions we are reguarly asked

Q: Do you have showers, washing facilities and toilets for campers?

A: Yes, we do have all of the above. showers are FREE . 7x showers and 7x toilets 

 

Q: I have lots of tattoos do you allow this?

A: Yes, we do have lots of guests with tattoos. 

Q: If I change my mind can I have my holiday deposit back?

A: All deposits are non refundable, but if you give us at least 2 days notice you will not have to pay the remainder of your balance. "we always recommend holiday insurance for instances of illness etc"

 

Q: My wife has genital and nipple piercings, we have tried to book at other naturist places but most will not allow piercings?

A: We have no problem with piercings, you would be very welcome at Lakeside all we ask is that guests don't add chains etc onto the piercings. 

 

Q: I have made a booking to stay at Lakeside, what do I need to bring with me?

A: If you have booked accommodation, we will make the bed up for your arrival so you don't need to bring bedding, but please bring towels and tea towels. 

It's best to bring all your food and drink with you, as the nearest supermarket is 5 miles away,

sun lotion and a bright torch and any other items you would normally take to self catering accommodation,

We do have a small shop in reception selling ice creams, bread, eggs etc.

Q: I understand you have a free online Lakeside Naturist group/community, can I join?

A: Yes, but not until you have first visited lakeside and filled in the registration form, then you will be able to talk with other visitors to Lakeside, upload photos and see events and late deals etc.  

Q: Do you have electric hook-ups for caravans and tents?

A: Yes we have 70 hookups, 16amp 10amp and 6amp hook-ups, book early if you need electric hook-up all are same price and are on a first come first served basis "you can not reserve what amp hook-up you would like" best spots next to the lake are all 6amp.

Q: Do you have an onsite shop?

A: Yes we do, but we still recommend bringing everything with you if you can.

 

Q: Can I call and just have a look? I dont want to pay for a day visit.

A: No, sorry we don't allow people to just have a look, its not a lot to ask if your genuinely interested in trying naturism. To book a day visit costs only £20,    its great value even if you only have time to stay for 2 or 3 hrs.

 

Q: We would like to visit for the day is there anywhere we can make a drink?

A: Yes we have tea and coffee making facilities.

Q: We would like to swim in your lake is this ok?

A:For the safety of our guests we do not allow swimming in the lake.

Q: Can you post some info out to me?

A: Sorry we do not send info through the post but you can download it with this link and print it out.

 

Q: Is there cooking facilities in accommodation?

A: all our accommodation have electric hobs and microwaves "

Q: Is the swimming pool open all year?

A: No its open from mid March to 1st of October each year "

Q: Is the site totally secluded and safe?

A: Secluded, yes you can sunbathe to the front and there is a large sunbathing area to the rear with decking.

The hot tub and sauna can also be used without having to cover up. We have 13 acres of land in total "10 acres that are perfect for naturism" no close neighbours and plenty of grassy areas to sunbathe or play petanque and we have recently planted over 10,000 trees to make all 13 acres totally secluded.

A: Safe, Very safe no expense spared for the safety and privacy of our guests, access to Lakeside is via double electric gates monitored by professional security cameras same for owners/office all on a 24 hour loop for guest privacy and security. 

We have 1000s of genuine naturist guests every year we always have there safety and well-being in mind.

A: Introduction

We aim to meet the needs of all visitors. The following statement is a summary of our provision so that anyone who has any mobility problems, visual problems or other conditions is aware of our provision before arrival. If you have any questions please contact us and we will try to advise you.

Pre arrival:

The main railway station is at Skegness about 10 miles away, there is another smaller station at Thorpe Culvert, about 3 miles away.

There are local taxis,  you can contact us by phone, details at the end of this statement.

Arrival and car parking facilities:

On the car parking area there is ample room for all vehicles.

The site is flat but may be bumpy. The facilities of the local town are  an eight minutes leisurely drive where you will find  all types of shops, pubs, restaurants, a theatre and supermarket.

Reception area is located at the front of the bungalow through the arches, please press bell on door.

The conservatory at the back of the bungalow,is for the use of all guests.

Leisure facilities:

The hot tub is sited near the back of the property and you need to climb over the edge which is about 2 feet high into the water which is about 3 feet deep at the deepest point. The hot tub water temperature is usually set at 38 degrees centigrade. We have a Sauna also and party room.

Outdoor facilities:

The land is flat;

None of our lake is fenced off; people with a visual impairment will require a sighted person to accompany them at all times.

Additional information:

Mobile telephone reception is variable; some networks have a poor reception locally.

Train travel is possible, ask for more information.

Free Wi-Fi connection is available on site.
